It's at home in a rack or a garage, where 7,200 rpm of spinning rust can whirr away all day without bothering anyone. You also get five years' warranty, two more than the cheapest NAS lines. It's CMR, which is what you want anywhere near a RAID or ZFS rebuild.
!Watch out for
Being 7,200 rpm, it's in the noisier, warmer class of drive, and you'll want it somewhere you don't sit.
No Backblaze failure rate for this one. They don't run enough of them, if any, for a figure worth quoting. Power draw is 4.92 W idle and 8.74 W working on Toshiba's figures, or 43 kWh a year if it spends the whole year idling. Put four in RAID 5 and you'll have 24 TB to fill (Windows will call it 21.8 TB).
