Pick it for raw capacity in a box that lives out of earshot, because 7,200 rpm enterprise drives are built to run flat out all day, every day. Seagate backs it for five years, which is a long time in drive terms. It's CMR, which is what you want anywhere near a RAID or ZFS rebuild.
!Watch out for
Being 7,200 rpm, it's in the noisier, warmer class of drive, and you'll want it somewhere you don't sit.
There's no Backblaze data worth quoting here. Seagate's datasheet puts it at 28 dB idle and 32 dB seeking. Power draw is 7.8 W idle and 11.8 W working on Seagate's figures, or 68 kWh a year if it spends the whole year idling. A 4-bay box full of these gives 30 TB after one drive's worth of parity.
